NoBroker Heuristic Evaluation

Conducted a comprehensive heuristic evaluation and UX redesign to improve the brokerage-free property search and occupancy experience across NoBroker’s real estate marketplace. (Personal case study, not affiliated with NoBroker)

This personal case study involved conducting a detailed heuristic evaluation of the NoBroker platform to uncover usability issues across property search, renting, and related services.

The objective was to redesign the experience of occupying a new flat, house, or property by improving navigation, clarity, and trust while maintaining a brokerage-free marketplace.

Our approach focused on UX research, usability testing, and heuristic principles to redesign user flows, streamline information architecture, and create a more intuitive end-to-end experience.
